Perpetual Zaazie is a Lecturer in the Department of Ecotourism, Recreation, and Hospitality, School of Natural Resources at the University of Energy and Natural Resources, Sunyani Ghana. Currently, she is a PhD student at the Department of Hospitality Management, Faculty of Management Sciences, Central University of Technology, Free State, Bloemfontein, South Africa. Perpetual Zaazie holds a Master of Philosophy, a Master of Technology in catering and Hospitality, and a B.Ed. Catering &Hospitality, in the Years 2020, 2015, and 2009 respectively, all at the University of Education Winneba, Kumasi campus. She also has a vocational background in cookery for the catering industry from Tamale Polytechnic. Her research interests are in human resource management, Product development, and nutrition. She is currently the lead of the food production unit of the Department of Ecotourism, Recreation, and Hospitality. She is married with three children.
